Pale golden yellow color with light green hues. Subtle and opulent nose with hints of candied lemon, white flowers, grapefruit and a hint of Granny Smith. In the mouth, the citrus notes are confirmed and they mix with more exotic notes such as pineapple and peach. The finale is lively and, despite its acidity, wonderfully soft and pleasant.
Ideal accompaniment to roasted poultry, veal and creamy soft cheeses such as camembert and brie.
