Bright, light yellow color. Aromatic nose with many exotic notes such as mango, melon, ripe pear and pineapple, accompanied by white flowers. Nice balance between the fresh, dry character and round, fatter aspects. Long finish: The best of Alsace in one bottle.
Delicious with seafood, asparagus, spicy fish dishes, Asian cuisine and poultry.

Semi-Continental climate. Due to the protection of the Vosges, a microclimate with less rain prevails in Alsace than elsewhere in the region. Dry, cold winters and warm summers.

Sandy soils with lime marl, limestone, clay and granite underneath.
- vinification

Pinot gris, Riesling, Gewürztraminer and Muscat. The grapes are picked by hand and fermented separately in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. After a few months of ripening, the blend is made and bottled.
