The "demoiselle" is a sort of dragonfly found in the Médoc. Like the dragonfly, this wine of the same name is light and elegant.
Tight and linear with berry and citrus character. Black fruits are joined by a cooling freshness, a medium body and a clean finish. Pretty second wine from Sociando.
Good value with some lovely crunchy fruit.

Brilliant red colour, combining the generosity of Saint Emilion and the richness of Pomerol – an appellation that borders on the estate. The bouquet is redolent of ripe fruit along with subtle notes of spice, truffle, liquorice, pepper, and forest floor. The wine starts out very straightforward, going on to show roundness, body, silky tannin, and great precision. It features a long, full final showing very pleasant sensation of plenitude.

Dark color, medium body and sturdy structure. Lots of dark fruits like blueberries, black cherries and black plum. Notes of tobacco, cocoa and leather. Lightly cleaned and impressive finish. Can already be drunk but will continue to improve over the next few years.
